Marc Gross founded Empire Law Group in 2017 to provide stellar legal advice and counsel to businesses and individuals.
Marc served as director of scheduling & advance and senior advisor to President Bill Clinton during the first 6 years of his post-presidency. He worked and traveled with political leaders, government officials, CEOs, and philanthropic organizations worldwide, managing a global staff of more than 150 employees. Notable projects included the design and implementation of President George H. W. Bush and President Clinton’s trip to areas affected by the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami, the 2005 Inaugural Clinton Global Initiative Meeting, and Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Later, as comptroller of the Clinton Foundation, he helped establish the foundation’s financial-transaction policies to ensure fiscal efficiency and budgetary compliance.
Marc has advised and run both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including numerous family offices. Earlier in his career, he was an associate attorney at Condon & Forsyth, a legal extern at the Internal Revenue Service, and a judicial intern at the U.S. Court of International Trade. Marc received his JD from Emory University in Atlanta and his BA from Hunter College, The City University of New York. Originally from Staten Island, he lives in Queens with his wife and two sons. Marc earned his Eagle Scout badge at age 16 and continues the tradition of service as a scout leader. He also sits on the boards of Opportunities For a Better Tomorrow (OBT), which empowers disenfranchised youth, and the Caroga Arts Collective, which brings musicians and artists together to enhance the community.
